The challenge

Celebrity trainer and Dancing with the Stars pro, Lindsay Arnold, came to us looking to optimize their Instagram and build their presence on TikTok after a rebrand, looking to grow its overall revenue. As a self-funded start-up, they are reliant on acquiring customers profitably.

The solution

Our team went to work and developed organic content and paid advertising growth strategies meant to maximize membership sign-ups, engage and retain current customers, and build brand awareness. Through aesthetic, aspirational content based on each buyer type and distinct parts of the customer journey, we were able to maximize the time and money spent on social.

Through organic social and paid advertising, we were able to:

  • triple the email list in the last 6 months

  • achieve 200% YOY revenue growth

  • double social media following in less than a year
