The challenge
Suzi’s, a minimalist bioactive skin, body, and hemp care brand came to us in need of a refresh, hoping to inject new life into their wholesale and direct to consumer efforts.
The solution
The Ern & Lu team worked alongside Suzi’s to develop fresh and bright packaging, as well as led their creative strategy and direction. We updated their website and email templates to match their new look and feel.
The outcome
Immediately after the packaging was updated, two new products were immediately picked up by Whole Foods and PCC. The new labels led to an increased sell-through rate and Suzi’s successfully launched two new wholesale channels. With the momentum of the retail increase, we helped Suzi’s bring a new skincare mini-kit to market to cross-promote to customers who currently only purchase body or hemp care products.
